I love people. It is what drives me. I love working with businesses of any size, learning their “story” and then sharing that story with others. That’s what marketing is after all — sharing a story.
If I could say I was born to do anything, it would be sales and marketing. When I was three-years-old, my uncle would take me shopping and let me “play” shoe store with him for hours. I used to sell him shoes; ugly loafers and over-sized work boots. Maybe it was because he loved me dearly, but he succumbed to every pitch I threw at him… and at three-years-old, my passion for selling was born.
Entrepreneurship is in my blood. My parents have owned a local business for over 30 years and if you work with me long enough, you will most certainly hear me quote some piece of business advice that my father has given me at one time or another.
The only thing I love more than my business, is my family. I have a five-(going on 15!)-year-old daughter, Penny Lou — my inspiration, my #truenorth, the love of my life.
